
Werk Fitness, a San Diego private gym, needed a website redesign to simplify trainer sign-up and improve the client search experience. I was responsible for the UX research and wireframes.
First, it was essential to understand the business and its competitors.



Next, I needed to understand and empathize with the customer.





Next, it was time to move into low-fi wires and shape the customer experience.
The current site has extremely long scroll experiences. I wanted to consolidate the information into easily digestible content sections, while ensuring the most critical information for the user was easily accessible.

Here's an example of the restructured wires adjacent to a few of the old pages, indicated by the red outline. It's clear to see the difference in how space is used.
