The Project
The Kingsford brand was introducing a new product innovation. The product was scent-driven. So, we created what we call the digital sensorial experience. We wanted the user to feel like they could smell the pleasant aroma through their device. We created empathy maps, personas, user flows, wires,  journey maps, user testing, and prototypes to validate that this experience activated the human senses.
Omni Channel Integration 
It was extremely important to our brand partners that the look and feel of the page be consistent throughout customer touchpoints. Since everything started with the packaging, we ensured that the visual trigger would be consistent no matter where the consumer interacted with the brand.
