About the Project
Clorox Professional Division needed an enterprise-level app to help their sales team quickly and easily find documents to aid in CRM, particularly while traveling and during business meetings. We conducted interviews and created empathy maps, user flows, wires, journey maps, user testing, and prototypes to ensure we understood how our sales team would utilize this tool.
