Capsule is a pharmacy delivery service that ensures customers receive medications quickly and reliably. However, delivery drivers currently rely on multiple apps to complete a single workflow—one for payroll/time tracking and another for routing and deliveries.
This fragmented experience creates inefficiencies, increases cognitive load, and introduces risk into a highly sensitive system: medication delivery.
Goal:
Design a unified driver app that streamlines the entire delivery workflow—from clock-in to final drop-off—into a single, intuitive experience.
UX & Research
The discovery phase centered on building a strong understanding of the driver experience through empathy mapping and workflow analysis. This revealed a core problem: critical tasks like timekeeping, navigation, and delivery execution were disconnected across multiple tools. By grounding the solution in user needs, I defined key features that unified these actions into a single experience, along with success metrics focused on efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use.

It was important to create a user experience that was easy to use and intuitive. The use of minimal elements with clear direction was important.
Prototype
Here's an early prototype of the app; I am still in the iterative process and making improvements. Currently, the app flows intuitively and easily, making it perfect for a delivery driver on the go. go. go.
