About the Project
Clorox Professional Division needed an enterprise-level iPad app to help their sales team quickly and easily find documents to aid in CRM, particularly while traveling and during business meetings. We conducted interviews and created empathy maps, user flows, wires, journey maps, user testing, and prototypes to ensure we understood how our sales team would utilize this tool.
Understanding the need
A critical step is understanding and empathizing with the user. I needed to understand the sales team's pain points while in the field and conduct whiteboard affinity map sessions.

The wires were not complicated; they didn't need to be. The functionality straightforward

The visual design was deliberately minimal. As an enterprise utilitarian app, ease of use and functionality were most important. It was well received by the sales team.
