About the Project
Clorox Professional Division needed an enterprise-level iPad app to help their sales team quickly and easily find documents to aid in CRM, particularly while traveling and during new client business meetings. We conducted interviews, created empathy maps, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, user testing, and prototypes to understand how our sales team would use the app.
Understanding the need
A critical step is understanding and empathizing with the user. I needed to understand the sales team's pain points while in the field and conduct whiteboard affinity map sessions. 
Sketching out pages and flows
Simple wires
The wires were not complicated; they didn't need to be. The functionality was straightforward, so the wires needed only to serve as a content guide. 
The Pages
The visual design was deliberately minimal. As an enterprise utilitarian app, ease of use and functionality were most important. Overall, it was well received by the sales team and seen as a valuable tool.
